The London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival has become an important event in the lesbian and gay calendar. Film buffs look forward to it with great anticipation, and to whet their appetites the Gay and Lesbian Humanist Association (GALHA) has organised a preview of this year’s offerings.
GALHA Chair Derek Lennard said: “We’ve hosted this festival preview for the past few years and it’s obviously greatly appreciated. It gives movie addicts the opportunity to find out what will be on offer and to decide in advance what they want to see. Presented by the Festival’s programmer Brian Robinson, this cornucopia of video clips and inside information will provide an excellent opportunity to find out about the burgeoning art of gay movie making, from big budget productions to experimental shorts.”
The London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival Preview takes place at 7.30 pm on Friday 9th March in the library (first floor) at Conway Hall Humanist Centre, 25 Red Lion Square, London WC1 (tube: Holborn). All are welcome. Admission is free.
